REBUILDING UKRAINE
LEVEL TWO Mission-accomplished
Earlier this year in volume 7, I reported on Brother Dima’s team developing the first truss factory in partnership with our American group.
Overcoming many wartime challenges in their frontline region, they found all the specified equipment, wood, and factory facilities. With oversight from the Borkholder Buildings and Supply partners in Indiana, the Golub brother’s company set up the new truss shop in a strategic location of Ukraine.
Borkholder’s Rapid Frame System is now being manufactured in Ukraine!
LEVEL Three Mission
With the Ukrainian factory, our mission to help rebuild Ukraine accelerates. Our teams started developing wood framing in Eastern Europe in 2001. Post-Soviet mindsets were slow to embrace “new methods.” Now that war has destroyed so many people’s homes throughout the Northeast, East, and Southern fronts, there’s a massive need for fast, quality, and affordable permanent home construction.
On the Western border, our trained Ukrainian builders are safely constructing this first apartment complex to help internally displaced people. It’s a great example of new innovative technology.
Our goals are to train more local builders and connect with developers, investors, for-profit and non-profits who will join with our BIG GOD plans. We have various single-family house designs to meet the needs of families who have lost everything. Plus we can build large commercial and religious buildings like the ones in our beautiful portfolio.
